Refund policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2025
At AnjelicallyCrowned, customer satisfaction is the top priority. Due to the nature of products, all sales are final. Refunds are not accepted unless there is a verified error on the part of the seller (e.g., incorrect item sent, wrong length, wrong texture). In such cases, AnjelicallyCrowned will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund upon inspection. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and product integrity.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- Lace on wigs has not been cut or altered
- Hair bundles are unwrapped and unused
- Product has not been worn, washed, styled, or tampered with
To request an exchange, you must contact AnjelicallyCrowned within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@anjelicallycrowned.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued. All returned items are subject to inspection before an exchange is processed. If the product is not in its original condition, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be returned to you.

Unauthorized Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. Fraudulent disputes will be reported and legally contested with supporting documentation.
