Processing Time
Processing refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships—not the delivery time. All orders are subject to the following:

•In-stock hair: 3 to 5 business days processing 
•Pre-Orders: 7 to 14 business days processing
•Orders placed after 6 PM CST begin processing the next business day at 8 AM CST  
•Processing times may vary during promotions, sales, or holidays

Please note: Expedited shipping affects delivery time only and does not shorten processing time.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

•Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. 
•We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance. 
•Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is scanned in by the carrier.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.

International Orders
•We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international shipments.
•These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays  
If a significant, unexpected delay in processing occurs, we will notify you by email. We may offer the option to continue waiting or, at our discretion, issue store credit. Refunds for delays are not guaranteed.
