Welcome to AnjelicallyCrowned. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AnjelicallyCrowned. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), and by using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you may not use or access our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring that any information you provide (e.g., billing, shipping, and payment info) is current, complete, and accurate.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, textures, or appearance may vary due to device settings and lighting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or reject orders at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not final until accepted and processed by AnjelicallyCrowned. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.

4. Prices, Payment, and Billing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties (for international orders). By submitting payment, you agree:

  • The information you provide is accurate and authorized
  • You will pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • You will update your payment and contact information as needed

5. Processing Times

Processing time is separate from shipping time:

  • On-hand: 3–5 business days
  • Pre-orders or custom wigs: 7–14 business days
  • Orders placed after 6 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping delays. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked “delivered”
  • International customs fees

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

7. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • You receive a defective item
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide clear, unaltered photos or video evidence

If your claim is approved, we may offer a store credit or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

By placing an order, you agree:

  • Not to file chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be challenged with supporting documentation
  • We may pursue legal remedies and deny future purchases from customers who misuse the dispute process

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our Services are owned by AnjelicallyCrowned or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for content, services, or transactions with any third party.

11. Relationship with Shopify

AnjelicallyCrowned is hosted by Shopify. Shopify enables our ecommerce services but is not responsible for any purchases or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from all liability related to your transactions with us.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify’s privacy policy also applies to data collected through our store.

13. Feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, or content, you grant us a royalty-free license to use and share it for marketing or improvement purposes. You agree your feedback does not infringe on third-party rights or contain harmful content.

14. Errors & Inaccuracies

We may correct any typos, pricing errors, or omissions at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or update orders affected by such errors.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination. Certain sections (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive termination.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services and products “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or product performance.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnjelicallyCrowned is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, savings, or data
  • Issues related to product use, shipping, or delays

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnjelicallyCrowned and our affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping disruptions, pandemics, etc.).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alabama, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect.

23. Waiver & Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our rights. These Terms, along with our Privacy and Refund Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnjelicallyCrowned.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Your continued use of our Services means you accept those changes.
